Privacy Policy
Information we use
Google sign-in supplies basic account identifiers, name, email address and profile image. We store these details and session records to operate accounts and access control. We do not offer email/password registration and do not ask for access to Gmail messages, Drive files or other Google content.
Listings, uploads and orders
We store submitted product information, uploaded images, ownership and review status. Payment processing is handled by Creem; our order records contain listing plan, provider reference, status and audit notes. We do not store card numbers. Support requests contain the message and contact information you choose to send.
Cookies and basic statistics
Session cookies support sign-in. A ToolDwell visitor cookie lasts up to 30 days and supports aggregate visit counts. We store visit identifiers and timestamps. Hosting and network services may retain technical request logs such as IP addresses for operation and abuse prevention. No newsletter subscription service is enabled.
Service providers
Google handles basic identity sign-in. Creem handles checkout and payment processing. Tencent Cloud hosts the application and database. Cloudflare provides DNS, asset storage through R2 and support email forwarding. Support email is forwarded to an operator mailbox hosted by Google. These providers apply their own privacy terms; data may be processed outside your country. Resend sends transactional payment and review notifications for paid listings. Free listings do not receive these notifications; no newsletter is enabled.
Optional AI assistance
AI autofill is off by default and controlled by the administrator. When enabled, the submitted public website text is sent to the configured provider to suggest a product description. Do not supply private URLs or secrets. Suggestions require your review; manually entering a listing remains available. There is no ToolDwell credit charge for this assistance.
Retention and your requests
We retain account, listing and transaction records while needed to provide the service, resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. Ask support to correct or delete your account or listing. We verify ownership and handle requests manually. Some payment or security records may need to be retained; deletion of a ToolDwell account does not delete information held independently by Google or Creem.
