Using ToolDwell
These terms apply to ToolDwell directory browsing, accounts, listings and placement services. Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and must have permission to list a tool and publish the supplied content.
Submission and moderation
Provide accurate product information and do not submit illegal content, malware, spam, misleading claims or material that infringes another person’s rights. We may correct, reject or remove unsuitable, inaccessible or misleading listings. Payment does not exempt a listing from these rules. Edits return to review while retaining the purchased plan.
Free listings
Free submissions become eligible for approval after at least seven days; eligibility is not a promised publication date. At most five free listings can be approved per UTC day. Free listings must keep the ToolDwell badge on their website to retain a dofollow link. Badge checks may be repeated, and an absent badge changes the website link to nofollow. Temporary access failures are retried.
One-time paid placements
Pro costs $19 and Featured costs $99 per tool, paid once with no recurring renewal. Payment is processed by Creem and placement is applied only after verified payment. Pro has a distinct card and dofollow website link. Featured adds priority ordering and direct website links in the homepage, matching categories and product-sidebar collections. All Featured entries are browsable through pagination; positions may rotate. Placement continues while the directory service and compliant listing remain available.
Upgrades, refunds and disputes
Pro-to-Featured upgrades are arranged manually through support at an agreed price; do not purchase another plan to upgrade a paid listing. Paid listing payments are generally non-refundable after exposure is provided, except where applicable law requires a refund or our service failure justifies one. Contact support with the listing and payment reference. Refunds are handled manually through Creem; support records the outcome and whether associated placement is retained or withdrawn. Other valid paid orders are considered independently.
Links and third-party tools
A paid placement is not an endorsement, quality score or promise of traffic, sales or search rankings. Paid website links currently follow ToolDwell’s disclosed dofollow policy. Google asks that paid links use sponsored or nofollow; this policy is not a claim of compliance with that guidance. Separately listed affiliate links are identified and marked sponsored. The providers of listed products determine their own availability, prices, subscriptions, licenses and privacy terms.
Content rights
You retain rights in submitted material and permit ToolDwell to host, format and display it for directory operation. Product names belong to their respective owners. Notify support of an ownership dispute or inaccurate listing so we can investigate.
Availability and requests
ToolDwell is provided as available; interruptions and changes can occur. No result, uninterrupted service or third-party product suitability is guaranteed. This does not restrict rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Contact support to request removal, account deletion, a correction or a refund review.
